We also host special lunch, brunch and afternoon tea events at the cafe, we’re available for private hire and we can cater your next special event too! Beginners Guide to Plant-Based Baking
Learn the fundamentals of baking without dairy & eggs and the confidence that it’s just as delicious and often a lot easier!
We’ll teach you easy substitutes and recipes including sponges, cookies, muffins & buttercreams which will leave you fully equipped to tackle and adapt many more recipes at home.
Using a mixture of demos and hands on baking we’ll have lots of time for questions, decorating and enjoying your goodies.
Beginners Guide to Plant-Based Cooking
Learn how to build flavour by creating simple but effective bases using new ingredients and techniques.
We‘ll show you how to easily substitute vegan ingredients and open up a whole new repertoire of recipes.
We’ll deep-dive and myth-bust some classic vegan stereotypes (ever wondered how to properly prepare tofu?)
Using a combination of demos, hands-on cookery and friendly expert knowledge to answer all your questions, we promise to change the way you think about plant based cooking.
The perfect gift for your favourite plant based person, or a treat for yourself! Learn how to cook & bake with more sustainable ingredients in a way that you and your family will love!
Sessions will be taught in groups of 4-6 with drinks, tea & coffee provided and a chance to sit, eat and enjoy your creations.

Sunday Lunch Club returns! A full Sunday Roast with starter and dessert for £28pp + £3 corkage per table for BYOB. What a way to spend an Autumnal Sunday. Sittings from 12.30-3pm available, please email hello@felixstowegreenhouse.com to reserve your table!
